A special situation may create an opportunity, but it may also involve risks that would not arise in a conventional transaction.
I analyse the context of the transaction and, where necessary, coordinate the appropriate specialists to understand its legal, tax, financial, property or technical implications before moving forward.

Each transaction has its own structure, circumstances and risks, which need to be properly examined before any decision is made.
My role is to understand the context of the opportunity, identify the relevant issues and, where necessary, coordinate the appropriate specialists for their analysis.
